Do you sell directly to consumers?

Today we do NOT sell directly to consumers, warmly welcome to contact some of our retailers.

 

Do you send spare parts directly to consumers?

If any part of the lamp is broken, mostly it is possible to buy spare parts, please contact your retailer where you bought the lamp.

How long is the cable?

To see the exact cable length, go to the product page, under "Information" or "Downloads" - "Total Info".

 

Do the pendant have a ceiling cup and what do it look like?

All pendants have a matching ceiling cup. You find a detailed photo on the ceiling cup on each product page.

 

What kind of plug do the lamp have?

Floor lamps, table lamps, mini pendants and most wall lamps have a europlugg. Pendants, plafoneers and combined wall- and plafooneers are delivered with plug for pendants. Please note that all products with this plug from season SS19 are delivered without plug, due to the new EU directive, and can be ordered separately.

 

Light source included?

Light source is usually not included, except for some lamps where the light source is integrated / mounted. On the lamps where the light source is included, this is specified on the respective product page and in the document under "Downloads" - "Total Info". 

 

Stock status – How do I know if a product is on stock?

On each product page you can see if the product is in stock or not. "Out of stock" indicates in orange and expected arrival time is specified. Enter your email address at "Tell me when back in stock" and you will receive an email when the item is back in stock.

 

Where do I find Energy Labels?

The energy label is packed in the box together with the lamp. To download the energy label for a product, see product page, "Downloads" - "Energy label".

 

Warranty time for your products?

All our lamps are sold with a 1-year warranty and a 3-year right to complaints due to EU consumer law. The warranty applies to original defects that are presumed to have existed from the beginning. The warranty does not apply to defects that arise after your own change in the product's appearance or function e.g. cable extension, abnormal use or accident after receiving the product. Contact your dealer where you purchased the item in case of any complaints.

 

ASSEMBLING

  

How do I assemble the pendant?

Assembling instruction is packed in the box together with the lamp. To download the assemling instruction for a product, see product page, ”Downloads” – ”Monteringsanv/Assemblinginstruction”.

 

Can I shorten/extend the cable or wire?

Most pendants with a ceiling cup the cable and wire can be shortened/extended as much as you like with the existing cable/wire lenght. On most pendant it is also possible to let an electrician shorten, extend or replace the cable to optional lenght.

 

How do I raise or lower a pendant with wire?

The ceiling cup has a small metal tube (as the wire runs through), pull it in and drag out the wire (to lower the pendant). To shorten the wire and raise the pendant drag the wire through the ceiling cup out on the top.

What do I do if I happened to break the glass or other part of the lamp?

If you did break the glass or any other part was broken, mostly it is possible to buy spare parts, please contact your retailer where you bought the lamp.
